Anglo Origins, 16192 Coastal Highway, Sussex County, Delaware 19958, United States, operates anglorigins.com. This policy explains what we collect and why. In short: we collect the little we need to make and send your report, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Your first name, the surname to research, and your country, supplied by you at checkout. These are the inputs the report is built from.
• Your email address, collected by Stripe at checkout, used to deliver the report.
• Order records, a payment reference from Stripe, the time of the order, delivery status and the generated report.

We do not collect your card details. Stripe handles payment; we never see the card number.

Why we hold it

To create your report, to email it to you, to re-send it if delivery fails, to handle refunds, and to keep ordinary business records of sales.

Where it is stored

Order records and generated reports are stored in a private database and file system on a dedicated server we control, hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Access is restricted to us.

Who else processes it

• Stripe, payment processing and checkout (receives your name, email and payment details).
• Resend, sends the email that carries your report (receives your email address and the PDF).
• OpenRouter, the AI research and writing service used to produce the report. It receives the surname, first name and country being researched. It is not sent your email address.
• Hetzner, server hosting. Namecheap, website hosting and our email.

Marketing

We send you one email: the one carrying your report. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing follow-ups.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If we measure visits, we use a privacy-friendly method that does not identify individuals.

How long we keep it

We keep order records and reports for as long as needed to support you and to meet accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@anglorigins.com and we will act on it. Note that deleting your order record may leave us unable to re-send your report later.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
